Candidates for Board of Commissioners of Public Works:
Review Article II, Board of Commissioners of Public Works, of Chapter 44, Utilities and and Article I, In General, of Chapter 14, Election, of the City Code to confirm eligibility and election process.
Complete and deliver to the Office of the political party of your choice a Statement of Intention of Candidacy, along with a non-refundable filing fee required for the office in which the Candidate is pursuing on or before the closing date for filing statements of candidacy:
Candidates for Mayor: $728.28
Candidates for Council: $449.45
Candidate for Commission of Public Works: $0 Filing fee consists of one percent of the annual salary of the office multiplied by the number of years in the term of office.
