All events must be open to the general public (for free or cost), located within the City of Greenville and organized for non-profit purposes.

Due to the construction at 200 E. Washington St., Spring St. between E. Washington St and E. McBee Ave will have lane shifts with limited lane widths. Travel ways will be delineated with traffic barriers and posted signage. Drivers may enter and exit the Spring St Garage in either direction onto Spring St.
S Irvine St between E. Washington St and E McBee Ave will be closed to thru traffic. Access to businesses on S. Irvine St at McBee will be open. US Marshals officials will be allowed to enter and exit S. Irvine St. at any time.
May 15, 2017 - December 31, 2017 @ Mills Avenue, starting at Augusta Street and moving toward Henrydale Avenue.
On Monday, May 15, Greenville Water and contractor Saluda Construction will begin a project to replace the water mains located under Mills Avenue, starting at Augusta Street and moving toward Henrydale Avenue. Construction is expected to last through the end of 2017 and there will be lane closures throughout the duration of the project, so please use caution when traveling in that area.
August 1, 2017 - October 19, 2017 @ Aberdeen Drive, between West Lewis Plaza and Augusta Street
Weather permitting, on Tuesday, August 1, the City of Greenville, in conjunction with Duke Energy, Charter Communications and AT&T, will begin work on a project to bury the overhead utility lines on one side of Aberdeen Drive, between West Lewis Plaza and Augusta Street. The project scope includes installing electrical conduits for Duke, Charter and AT&T, removing and replacing existing sidewalk, curb and asphalt and minor street resurfacing. The project is expected to take 80 calendar days, with the majority of construction being completed by October 19.
Every effort will be made to minimize the impact to traffic flow in this vicinity, and most traffic lane shifts should occur between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. A minimum of one lane of traffic will be maintained at all times. Motorists traveling in and around this area are urged to use caution and to be aware of traffic control signage and flagmen.

September 27, 2017 - November 27, 2017 @ Falls Street between Japanese Dogwood Lane and East Broad Street
This temporary closure, for the purpose of completely utility improvements, is scheduled for two months. Access to local businesses will be maintained, via Japanese Dogwood Lane, Calvin Street, Webster Street, Vivian Street and East Broad Street. The section will be reopened Oct. 12-15 for Fall for Greenville.

The Greenville Transit Authority (GTA) shared the results of the recent Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA) study of the Greenlink transit system at an open house on August 24, and while a number of recommendations from the study were discussed at the open house, implementation of any changes will require further public meetings. As a result, Greenlink will host a series of 16 drop-in style meetings during the months of October and November to give Greenville County residents ample opportunity to learn about the proposed changes and provide input.
