Due to the number of requests we receive, all requests must be submitted using the form below and must be received at least 10 business days in advance. Please note that requests received fewer than 10 business days in advance may not be considered.
Requests, using the form below, should be submitted at least 10 business days in advance. Please provide the date, start and end times and address of the program or event, as well as the name, phone number and email address of a contact person. Additionally, please include a description of the program or event and the targeted audience. We will accommodate as many requests as possible; however, due to staffing levels and firefighters’ rotating work schedules, some dates may not be available. If we are unable to accommodate a request for a particular date, and that date is flexible, we will do our best to offer an alternate date.
